Comedk Karnataka Entrance
The Karnataka Private Medical & Dental Colleges Association, and Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association in their endeavour to offer an effective, fair and objective testing procedure to determine merit of students wanting to seek admissions to the Under Graduate Medical, Dental and Engineering courses of the Member Institutions, have formed "Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka" COMEDK, has been assigned the task of organising a common entrance test for the academic year 2008-2009.COMEDK Under Graduate Entrance Examination for the Academic year 2008 - 2009 will be held on Sunday the 4th May 2008.

 

Application Procedure
The process involves the following stages:
Note: Send the application in A4 size envelope only. Do not fold the application form
1. Ensure that the Demand Draft for Rs.650/-(Rupees six hundred fifty only) if you intend to appear for MBBS/BDS(PCB) or BE(PCM) and Rs.850/- (Rupees eight hundred fifty only) for MBBS/BDS and BE(PCMB), to be kept ready before filling up the Online Application form, as you will have to enter the DD details.
2. The Online application form has to be filled up properly and completely.
3. Take a print of the filled in Application form and Date of Birth Certificate/ Identity Proof.
4. The Application form is said to be complete only if it is enclosed with all the documents mentioned below and mailed to COMEDK office.
5. Multiple application form filled and received from the same candidate will result in confusion and may cause for disqualification.
6. Multiple Demand Drafts if sent (Excess Amount) by the candidate will not be refunded.
Checklist of completed Application Form:
1. Demand Draft for Rs.650/- for MBBS/BDS(PCB) or BE(PCM) and Rs.850/- for MBBS/BDS and BE(PCMB) drawn in favour of COMEDK-2008 payable at Bangalore (mention your name and application number on the back of Demand Draft)DD submitted will not be refunded.
2. COMEDK copy of Date of Birth Certificate/ Identity Proof in the prescribed form duly attested by the head of the institution last studied.
3. Additional recent passport size photograph similar to the one pasted on the application.(mention your name and application number on the back of photograph)
